Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will become active approximately 24 hours after shipment.

Damaged Product:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at innascents@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damaged items
  3. Photos of the packaging with the shipping label visible

To be eligible for a store credit or refund, any damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Package Has Not Arrived:

If you receive a delivery confirmation, but your package has not arrived, consider the following possibilities:

  1. The carrier has scanned the package but has not delivered it yet. Please allow 2-3 days for the package to arrive before contacting customer service, especially during busy shipping seasons.
  2. Ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
